In this role, I focused on scaling paid social acquisition across Meta and TikTok, managing high-budget campaigns across multiple European markets, with a strong focus on aligning performance marketing with brand positioning and long-term customer value.
Scope & Ownership
- Own paid social acquisition across France and multiple European markets, driving scalable growth
- Manage high-volume budgets across Meta and TikTok (up to €300K/month on Meta), optimizing for efficiency and revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and influencer marketing teams to scale high-performing campaigns
- Localize campaigns for different markets (France & Germany)
- Focus on scaling customer acquisition while maintaining strong efficiency and sustainable growth.

Creative Strategy & Performance Testing

Publisher Partnerships & Paid Media Expansion
Collaborated with a paid media agency in France to plan and execute paid media campaigns across premium publisher platforms, including Marie Claire, Au Feminin, and Cosmopolitan.
These campaigns focused on expanding reach beyond paid social, leveraging editorial environments to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Managed campaign performance, creative alignment, and optimization in close coordination with the agency, ensuring strong efficiency and consistent messaging across platforms.
